Welcome to Mount Up NYC 
Have
you ever wanted to try mountain biking but have not gotten around to it
because you don't have a mountain bike, know-how, thought it was
expensive, or have friends who do it?
Well no more EXCUSES, we are providing you with a solution.
We will provide all the equipment you need:
Quality Mountain Bikes with Shocks and Helmets
Trail Guide- Someone to lead you, motivate you and make sure you have a safe, fun, and exciting ride.
Leave the excuses, worries, hassle and equipment at home.
All you have to do is show up!!!
When:
Set Schedule Riding Sessions
Fridays- 2 sessions, 9:30am-11:30am or 12pm-2:00pm
Saturdays-2 sessions, 9:30am-11:30am or 12pm-2:00pm
Sundays-2 sessions, 9:30am-11:30am or 12pm-2:00pm
Where: Bethpage Park or Stillwell Woods, Long Island NY-Depending on Riders Level
45 minute train ride from Manhattan or Brooklyn

Cost: $49- we like what we do
How:
You
don't need a car or have to deal with traffic, hop on the LIRR (Long
Island Rail Road at 33rd St. Penn Station Manhattan or in Brooklyn at
the Atlantic Center) 45 minute ride- we will meet you at the Bethpage
station or Syosset station and ride to the trail.
We
have a couple of FUN and Friendly Guides who will make sure you have a
good time. If its not fun then why do it right? Exactly!!!
We
will arrange groups of 3-5 people based on ability and experience so
you can progress and ride the way you want or would like to.
3 Different Levels of Riding
Beginner: New to mountain biking but can ride a bicycle and maintain control on uneven surfaces.
Intermediate: Have
tried mountain biking or know how to ride bicycle at a fair pace and
can maneuver hills, obstacles, and maintain control in rough terrain.
Advanced: Very familiar with techniques of riding uphill/downhill and maneuvering unpredictable obstacles at a moderate to fast pace.
Types of Riding Sessions
Training Sessions:
Want to focus more on getting a work out and building muscle, endurance
& stamina- we have personal sessions where we create drills and
ride specific areas of the trail to cater to your training goals. We
know personally that the gym can be monotonous and as the weather warms
up, you would prefer to be outside. Let us know your goals and we will
tailor something for your needs. $65/rider
Convenience Sessions:
If our set schedules don't fit your free schedule, gather 3-5 people
and we will work to make it convenient for you. Or if at least 2 others
are interested in the time slot you want to ride, we will accommodate
you. $55/rider
Full Day Sessions**: For those who want to make a day of their riding session, get more riding in and explore more terrain. We will stop for lunch and venture farther. $75/rider
**For Intermediate/Advanced Riders

Multiple Sessions:

3 convenient sessions-$150
3 training sessions- $175
We're a couple of guys who love bike riding, the physical fitness and the excitement that it brings and thought we would spread that love and opportunity by making it affordable and hassle-less for others to get into mountain biking as well.
